Accounts Executive

We are looking for a mid-level Accounts Executive to support the CFO in managing day-to-day accounting and finance activities.Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts, payments and general ledger activities.

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Support the CFO with cash-flow monitoring, MIS reports and financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist with tax, audit and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Perform other accounting and finance tasks as assigned by the CFO.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Arabic and English required.
• Knowledge of Lebanese accounting/tax requirements is preferred.
