Digital Marketer
We’re looking for a deliberate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team.

As a successful member of our team, you will:
- Conduct audits of our clients’ digital marketing infrastructure and discover ways to improve results
- Analyze the competitive landscape for our clients and identify opportunities
- Compile and present analysis and reports, both internally and to clients
- Guide our Digital Marketing Strategists in adjusting their tactics based on the data
You must have a marketing degree or equivalent work experience and be comfortable with KPIs and metrics that help determine whether email marketing, social media, blogging, SEO and digital advertising are working.
Agency experience is preferred.
At KWSM, you’ll be given the trust and responsibility to work independently and educate the team about your findings. You’ll create systems and processes to guide the agency, and we’ll support you in continuous learning to consistently improve your performance.
KWSM operates on a 9/80 work schedule. This means we have every other Friday off, allowing us to get more accomplished in fewer days and enjoy three-day weekends every other week. We work a hybrid schedule - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. This is a full-time, salaried, hybrid position. (Can be located in any KWSM office - CA, NV, GA)
