Khalifeh Company for Engineering & Contracting S.R.L. was founded in 1990 by its owner and general manager Hasan Khalife. Since then, it has been providing engineering solutions and executing construction projects of all types; residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Executive Secretary to support our management team in a fast-paced engineering and contracting environment.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Sunday: Off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management.
  • Draft, review, and edit documents in English.
  • Organize and maintain records and files.
  • Support other administrative tasks as required.
  • Fluent in English (Reading & Writing)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
