Project Coordinator
At eventlab, we have revolutionised staffing and recruitment services since our inception in 2013. Founded by two event professionals with a mission to bridge the gap between freelancers and event agencies, eventlab has since become the leading provider in the industry.
By 2015, we were already securing government contracts and by 2016, we had expanded our regional reach to include over 80 clients in KSA.
We then adapted to industry demands by offering full-time recruitment in 2017, followed by the launch of our Guest Services Staffing department in 2018. Climbing into 2021, we recruited over 1,300 event professionals for Expo 2020 Dubai.

Event Planning & Coordination:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define event objectives, themes, and requirements.
- Develop and manage event project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals.
Internal Communication & Supplier Management
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms.
- Act as the main point of contact for all event-related inquiries and updates.
Execution & On-Site Management:
- Manage event setup and execution, ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate event staff and volunteers to ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (beneficial not mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event coordination or project management.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Budgeting and financial management skills
