Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our client's in mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements, and driving business growth within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and establish strategic partnerships with institutes and hospitals to enhance business opportunities and expand our network.
• Negotiation and Agreement Management: Negotiate partnership terms and agreements to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with organizational goals. Draft, review, and finalize contracts.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, institute heads, and decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related queries.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential partners and industry trends. Analyze competitive landscape to develop strategies for effective partnership engagement.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align partnership goals with overall company objectives. Coordinate cross-functional efforts
• to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of partnerships to measure successand identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on partnership outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations and institutional frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
