Frontend Engineer (React.js)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer with expertise in React.js to join our remote team. As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly interfaces and components for our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development, proficiency in React.js, and a passion for building elegant and responsive user interfaces. Responsibilities:

• Develop user-facing features and interfaces using React.js and other modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to translate UI/UX designs and requirements into high-quality code.
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use, ensuring scalability and maintainability of the frontend codebase.
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness by implementing efficient frontend solutions.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications across different devices and screen sizes.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning meetings to ensure code quality and alignment with project goals.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, and collaborate with the team to implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Mentor junior frontend engineers and provide guidance on frontend development best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend web development, with a focus on React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related frontend technologies.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows and libraries such as Redux, React Router, and Material-UI.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers such as Webpack and npm.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
