Jobskey Consultancy is hiring a senior sales leader for a reputed organization in the Fire Protection, ELV & Smart Building Solutions space.
Role Overview
The General Manager - Sales will drive business growth across large builder accounts and high-rise projects. This role owns end-to-end responsibility for sales strategy, key account management, tendering, negotiations, order closure, billing, and collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue across FPS, FAPA, ELV, CCTV, Digital Locks & Basement Ventilation
- Manage key builder relationships and onboard new accounts PAN India
- Lead tender review, BOQ validation, pricing & commercial negotiations
- Own billing, collections, and outstanding management
- Lead and mentor sales and key account teams
- Ensure accurate MIS, forecasting, and CRM governance
Requirements
- 15+ years of project sales experience in the builder segment
- Strong exposure to FPS / FAPA / ELV / CCTV / MEP / BMS solutions
- Proven network with leading builders
- Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical preferred); MBA is a plus
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
