Your Responsibilities
As aFacilities and Maintenance Scheduler/Coordinator for JD Horicon Works located in between Milwaukee and Madison in Horicon, WI you will:
- Schedule maintenance work for completion by working collaboratively with Maintenance Supervisors, Engineers and Trades as needed
- Work cross functionally to factor in production schedules, machine, and material availability when scheduling work
- Develop/set cadence of regular touchpoints with maintenance team for schedule adjustments, scope of work changes, and follow-up on past due dates
- Identify and champion improvements to the scheduling and overall maintenance functions and processes

What Skills You Need
- Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrated history of being a motivated team player working with a high level of accountability and follow through
- 1 or more years of scheduling experience in a skilled trades environment
- 1 or more years of organizational experience handling multiple projects or tasks
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience with SAP Scheduling software
- Knowledge of the maintenance workorder process
- Experience working proactively in a self-guided environment
- Demonstrated ability of negotiating effectively and conflict resolution
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, and/or 4 years of relevant work experience
