What you need to do

• Preparing, maintaining, and updating employee files accurately
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support data management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support day-to-day HR operations activities and employee-related processes.

What you need

• Undergraduate or a recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• The ability to work with the MS Office package is an added advantage
