Job Title: Installation Planner

Hours: 37.5 - Monday-Friday

Location: Sunbury-on-Thames (role will be relocating to Addlestone in the long-term)

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Subscriber Installation Planner to support our installation operations. You’ll play a key role in coordinating schedules, keeping appointments on track, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone keen to develop in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and schedule installation workloads to maximise efficiency
• Coordinate appointments and support customer bookings
• Work closely with Field Line Managers to resolve scheduling issues
• Provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
• Help identify and resolve potential issues before they impact service

What we’re looking for: • Strong customer service focus • Confident using computers and willing to learn new systems • Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn • Good organisational and communication skills
