What You Will Do

• Partnering directly with the HVAC Service leadership team, this role is responsible for managing analytic support tied to the HVAC Initiative programs. You will participate in developing and documenting business end-to-end reporting, launching program enhancements, and creating processes linked to metrics and tracking expectations for the field and stakeholders. This includes providing consistent metric outputs to stakeholders to track financial expectations, commitments, and performance metrics.
• To succeed in this role, excellent analytical skills and a balanced understanding of all business elements are critical. Effective communication with varying levels within the organization is essential. Proficiency in business plans, strategies, and technology skills is also required.
• This role requires collaboration within a team-oriented environment, working closely across departments to meet deadlines and ensuring timely, quality responses to customers both internal and external.

How You Will Do It

• Understanding of the HVAC Service business platform and related tools, ensuring operational excellence and consistency in service delivery.
• Develop and deploy key metrics and performance indicators for HVAC Leadership and local market personnel to facilitate effective decision-making and operational monitoring.
• Deliver training on program enhancements, key metrics, and new analytical tools to the field, ensuring a seamless adoption process and ongoing user proficiency.
• Utilize a variety of tools to innovate and deliver new platforms to field teams and leadership, continually improving operational capabilities.
• Collaborate with Operations Program Managers to achieve unified support for HVAC Service and its initiatives.
• Assist in developing communication plans for new business initiatives and strategies, aligning them with the organization's objectives and tracking adherence.
• Participate in application functional design processes, contributing to team reviews and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Engage with various management levels to gather and document metric expectations and requirements, driving goal alignment and accountability.
• Work with local market leaders to enhance business and process effectiveness, implement necessary countermeasures, and train on program enhancements.
• Ensure effective communication and issue resolution by maintaining timely contact and follow-up with relevant teams.
• Adhere to and promote Johnson Controls' safety policies, embedding safety as a foundational operational value.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned, ensuring that responsibilities align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Travel 25%+ across the United States

What we look for

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or other related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of work experience in an analytical position.
• Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Proficient in working with large data sets and creating pivot tables.
• Experience with PowerBI, Siebel/Oracle, Hyperion, and other business management systems preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to travel 25% or more

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,000 to 150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
