빌딩 시스템 수리 및 개선과 관련된 고객을 위한 컨설턴트 수준의 서비스를 제공

모든 기술자 및 JCI 하청업체에 안전 리더쉽과 지침을 제공

일관되고 수익성 있는 L&M 성장을 제공.

JCI 영업관리 규정에 부합하는 L&M 성장전략, 파이프라인 관리 및 영업활동의 실현을 담당
