  • Develop business cases, investment theses and executive presentations for senior leadership review.

  • Prepare financial models, valuation analysis and data-driven growth projections to support decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, entrepreneurs, investors and external advisors as needed.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity to inform the inorganic growth pipeline.

How You Will Do It

  • Take ownership of opportunities from first signal to decision, with clear accountability and strong commercial judgment.
  • Stay close to the business and the market so you focus on the opportunities that matter most for customers and growth.
  • Use disciplined analysis, candid communication and continuous improvement to strengthen every stage of the process.
  • Work as one team across functions and levels, bringing trust, collaboration and diverse perspectives into each decision.
  • Balance strategic thinking with practical execution, keeping workstreams organized, well documented and moving forward.
  • Translate complex information into concise recommendations that help leaders make timely, informed decisions.

  • Ability to collect, evaluate and synthesize market trends, competitive landscapes and growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred

  • Experience in the technology, industrial or building solutions sector.
  • Exposure to strategic partnerships, joint ventures or post-deal integration activities.
