主要职责：

2. 执行公司的安全环保健康管理规定; 对本岗位的环境因素和危险源进行辨识及整改，熟记公司的重大风险和重要环境因素; 有效实施公司的安全环保健康管理目标和管理方案
3. 有效利用资源及信息管理系统，保证采购件到货的及时性;
4. 严格根据物料的采购模式进行采购，有效控制库存;
5. JIT物料需配合财务和仓库做好结帐和对帐工作;
6.及时与计划工程师沟通采购物料进展情况;
7. 负责不合格品的跟踪和反馈，并采取相应措施减少对生产的影响;
8. 定期提供供方需求预测，按照需求下采购订单，并跟踪;
9. 跟踪采购定单并对市场预测/生产计划的调整做出反应，及时修正采购定单;
10. 定期的根据呆滞物资的清单,分析呆滞原因及处理方式反馈给相关人员;
11.采购参数的准确维护;
12.涉及新增进口物料，需配合新产品研发提供物料价格、货期信息;
13.进口物料的采购需配合报关做好保税工作;
14.搞好与各相关部门的沟通与合作
15. 完成上级临时分派的任务
任职条件：
1. 具有三年以上采购、计划等相关工作经验
2. 理工科类专科以上学历
3.具备高度的责任心， 较强的沟通协调解决问题的能力，较强的开拓精神与创新、服务意识;
4.有成本控制意识和精益生产的理念，能够熟练使用OFFICE操作系统
5.有ERP系统操作经验，良好的英文听说读写能力。
