- 负责区域内中央空调售后服务市场的新客户开发，持续拓展服务业务覆盖率和市场份额;
- 通过主动拜访、设备调研及需求挖掘，发现保养、大修、节能改造、系统优化等销售机会;
- 开发竞争对手服务客户及非保养客户，分析客户痛点和合同周期，推动服务合同转化;
- 建立并维护客户关系，为客户提供顾问式服务方案，提升客户满意度和长期合作机会;
- 协调技术、运营及Inside Sales等资源，推动项目落地并实现销售目标;
- 收集市场及竞争信息，制定客户开发策略，持续提升保养业务占有率及服务市场渗透率;
- 负责合同签订、项目跟进及回款管理，确保业务目标达成。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，暖通空调、制冷、机电等相关专业优先;
- 3年以上中央空调、楼宇自动化、机电设备或服务业务销售经验;
- 熟悉中央空调系统及相关机电设备，具备基础技术理解能力;
- 具备优秀的新客户开发能力，有陌生拜访及成功获取新客户经验;
- 具备较强的客户需求挖掘、商务谈判和解决方案销售能力;
- 结果导向，具备较强的市场开拓意识、抗压能力和自我驱动力;
- 良好的沟通协调能力，能够整合内部资源推动业务达成
