What You Will Do
As a member of our development team, you will support the successful delivery of projects through a combination of engineering, process, and financial analysis activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the assessment of new opportunities, evaluate design requirements, and help develop cost-effective project solutions. You will perform high-level analysis of bundled sales components, supporting decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. How You Will Do It
- Support project development activities across engineering, operational, and financial workstreams.
- Conduct technical, process, and financial analyses to support project planning and execution.
- Evaluate bundled sales opportunities and provide insights to improve overall project value.
- Assist in assessing new project opportunities, including feasibility and design requirements.
- Support budgeting activities by developing cost estimates and analysing project expenditure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for project stakeholders.
- Monitor project data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Contribute to risk assessments and support mitigation planning.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and project requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in project development, engineering, business analysis, finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting projects through planning, analysis, and execution phases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical, operational, and financial information.
- Experience preparing budgets, cost analyses, and business recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working with complex or bundled solution sales.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, building technologies, or solutions-based environment.
- Familiarity with financial modelling and business case development.
