In this senior techno-functional role, you will lead the functional design and delivery of ServiceMax capabilities that support field service operations, connect business needs with technical execution, and help teams work more effectively.

Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceMax Functional Lead with 10+ years of experience to own end-to-end solution design, implementation support, and adoption for ServiceMax and Salesforce-based field service solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and support teams to translate operational needs into scalable solutions, improve service processes, and ensure strong delivery from design through handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceMax solution design, development coordination, and implementation support.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from field service, operations, and customer support teams.
• Translate functional needs into technical specifications aligned with ServiceMax and Salesforce best practices.
• Work with architects, developers, and IT teams on solution design, integration, data flow, and delivery planning.
• Configure and support ServiceMax modules such as Work Orders, Entitlements, Installed Base, Preventive Maintenance, and Dispatch Console.
• Support Salesforce and ServiceMax customizations, including workflows, validation rules, custom objects, and integrations.
• Plan and execute integration testing, support UAT, and help resolve defects and process gaps.
• Prepare and maintain technical and operational documentation, including support runbooks and training materials.
• Deliver training and guidance to users and support teams to improve adoption and continuity.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building across the delivery team.

• Focus on what mattersby removing blockers quickly, keeping solutions practical, and making decisions that improve field service outcomes.
• Work as one teamwith architects, developers, analysts, QA, and support partners so delivery stays aligned from design to production support.
• Improve every daythrough candid feedback, root-cause problem-solving, and continuous refinement of the solution, documentation, and handover process.
• Protect safety, quality, and trustin the way you design, test, document, and release changes for users and support teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceMax, Salesforce, or field service solution delivery.
• Strong experience in the field service domain.
• Proven experience implementing or supporting ServiceMax or Salesforce-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and development concepts.
• Ability to create and support solutions using ServiceMax tools and configuration options.
• Experience with testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and operational handover.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Service Flow Manager, Process Builder, and Visual Workflow.
• Proven exposure to ServiceMax GO or mobile field service applications.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methods.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience in manufacturing, utilities, or medical devices environments.
