About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Account Manager to partner with our Branch Manager and lead our Brisbane Security Service Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established leader or a high-performing Senior Technician, Supervisor or Service Manager looking for their next challenge.

You will play a critical role in driving service delivery excellence, developing technical teams, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring the commercial success of our service operations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Security service technicians
• Driving operational performance and achieving key service delivery and financial KPIs
• Managing maintenance contract schedules, backlog reduction and service execution
• Conducting customer reviews and identifying opportunities to improve service outcomes and profitability
• Overseeing contract renewals, onboarding activities, estimating and maintenance planning
• Managing labour resources, workforce planning and technician utilisation
• Monitoring labour and material costs to ensure commercial performance targets are achieved
• Supporting technician development through coaching, training and performance management
• Leading recruitment and onboarding activities to support team growth
• Building strong customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Attending customer sites alongside technicians to support safety, quality and customer outcomes

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with candidates from the Security industry who are passionate about leading people and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

To be successful, you will bring:

• 5+ years of experience within the Security, Building Services or related technical services industry
• Experience in service operations, maintenance, installations or technical field services
• Previous leadership, supervisory or team coordination experience, or the ambition to step into your first leadership role
• Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of service contract management
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with workforce planning, resource allocation and operational reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and project tracking tools
• A current driver's licence and the ability to obtain relevant security clearances
