What You’ll Be Driving

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Own and evolve key vendor relationships, ensuring alignment and success
• Drive seamless onboarding of new products and programs into the marketplace
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, finance, sales, and support
• Translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements
• Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Act as the escalation point for vendor-related challenges
• Communicate project updates, progress, and priorities to stakeholders

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading teams within vendor management, operations, or project environments
• Extensive background managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to balance business needs with technical understanding
• Strong communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working with cloud vendors or ecosystems such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, or Adobe
• Familiarity with project and process methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or similar frameworks
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Background Checks

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8. As part of these checks Pax8 will request ID verification, reference requests and qualification checks (additional checks may be completed for certain countries, such as criminal and financial).
