1、配合设计工程师完成VSD或其他产品的结构设计、图纸绘制（或国产转化）和BOM编制

2、运用AutoCAD, PRO/E等绘图软件完成钣金产品结构设计和标准件、紧固件采购技术要求编制

3、根据公司需求对电控柜柜体产品持续改进

4、供应商图纸的审核及与设计沟通和技术交流

5、指导柜体供应商进行工艺编排及质量控制

6、与各相关部门沟通与合作,及时与电控相关各部门沟通,分析产品在生产及使用中的问题,组织对产品的不断改进CI,CR,VAVE

7、为生产制造提供技术支持,及时提供产品相关的各项技术文件,负责协调处理产品的技术问题

8、遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求

9、执行公司的安全环保健康管理规定; 对本岗位的环境因素和危险源进行辨识及整改，熟记公司的重大风险和重要环境因素; 有效实施公司的安全环保健康管理目标和管理方案

10、完成上级临时分配的任务

B. REQUIREMENT PROFILE : 任职条件: 学历，工作经验，能力和技能

1、大专以上学历

2、工作经验： 5年以上结构设计及现场工作经验，精通钣金产品工艺流程;

3、能力和技能：熟练使用AutoCAD, PRO/E等设计软件; 善于运用各种资源高效工作, 良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力，优秀的团队合作能力,工作态度端正,责任心强
