Process Improvement Manager (EMEAA)

The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for driving process improvements, system development, and operational efficiency across EMEAA markets. The role leads initiatives that improve store efficiency, reduce costs, enhance customer experience, and support new store models and business channels.

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Leads continuous improvement initiatives for store systems, processes, equipment, tools, and facilities.
• Evaluates technology and process solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Manages key projects from exploration and development through implementation and post-evaluation.
• Reviews project proposals for financial feasibility, operational fit, and alignment with business objectives.
• Develops and improves store standards, policies, SOPs, layouts, and service processes.
• Analyzes customer flow, production capacity, and operational data to identify gaps and develop action plans.
• Measures initiative performance through appropriate metrics and dashboards.

Restaurant Model Development

• Leads the development of restaurant models for existing and new markets.
• Integrates country-specific requirements and regulations into restaurant standards.
• Develops capacity plans covering equipment, workstations, systems, facilities, and manpower.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop and implement new restaurant models.
• Facilitates stakeholder training and evaluates the performance of new store models.

Business Channel Process Development

• Develops systems and processes for new business channels based on market requirements.
• Integrates company processes and service standards into new business channels.
• Assesses operational impact and develops implementation plans.
• Facilitates stakeholder training and monitors post-launch performance.

Program Development & Management

• Leads programs focused on productivity, efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
• Works with cross-functional teams and business partners to assess current processes and develop improvement plans.
• Leads program implementation and monitors results through metrics and dashboards.
• Develops action plans based on performance gaps and business results.

Account Management

• Manages requirements and initiatives for assigned markets, including agreed service levels and deliverables.
• Maintains regular communication and feedback with market and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborates with Jollibee Philippines and other Restaurant Systems teams to identify and implement solutions for market requirements.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any engineering or business management courses.
• Postgraduate studies in Engineering or Business Management preferred.
• At least 6 years relevant work experience in Retail, Manufacturing, or food service operations/QSR.; at least 3 years in supervisory capacity.
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
