Print Graphic Designer

Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Print Graphic Designer with a strong focus on print and large-format design production. The role is responsible for creating production-ready artwork for billboards, LED displays, pull-up and pop-up banners, trade show materials, signage, event collateral, and other marketing assets. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign, strong print production knowledge, and the ability to execute designs accurately within established brand guidelines, templates, and production specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Print & Large-Format Design Production

• Produce high-quality visual assets for trade show booths, displays, large-format graphics, spec sheets, presentation decks, websites, and marketing collateral based on provided briefs.

• Ensure artwork meets established creative, brand, and production requirements.

Layout, Versioning & Brand Execution

• Adapt existing designs into different sizes, formats, layouts, and templates while maintaining visual consistency.

• Follow established brand systems and guidelines across all creative deliverables.

Large-Format File Setup

• Prepare production-ready files for large-format printing and fabrication.

• Ensure correct scale, dimensions, bleeds, resolution, color setup, and other print specifications before production.

File Organization & Production Handoff

• Manage multiple design and production projects simultaneously while meeting required turnaround times.

• Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled source files, final artwork, and project folders.

• Prepare files for efficient handoff to production teams and external vendors.

Creative & Client Coordination

• Coordinate with account teams, creative leads, senior designers, and other relevant stakeholders to clarify project requirements.

• Confirm timelines, specifications, and production expectations before finalizing deliverables.

Requirements

Job Requirements

Must Have

• 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally involving large-format, print, environmental, exhibit, trade show, or signage work.

• Strong portfolio or work samples demonstrating graphic design, layout, typography, print production, and brand execution skills (must contain samples of large-format designs like billboards, pop-up banners, event materials etc.)

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition across digital, print, and large-format deliverables.

• Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Adobe Photoshop

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is preferred.

• Strong understanding of preparing files to specification for print, large-format output, fabrication, and vendor handoff.

• Knowledge of production requirements including scale, bleeds, resolution, color setup, and print specifications.

• Comfortable working within established brand systems, templates, creative briefs, and production specifications rather than requiring full art direction from scratch.

• Strong file organization and version-control habits.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and production requirements simultaneously.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to clarify requirements and coordinate effectively with account and creative teams.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with trade show, exhibit, signage, environmental graphics, or other large-format print work.

• Basic understanding of materials, scale, fabrication, and installation considerations.
