JLL is looking for an Account Director to lead the Client account, acting as the single senior point of contact across Lease Administration, Transaction Management, Sustainability, and Facilities Services. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can balance high-level client stewardship with hands-on operational engagement, guiding a client through their first outsourced FM experience with confidence and care. You'll own the full account P&L, drive governance and compliance across multiple EMEA markets, and shape the "One JLL" approach that ties every workstream together. It's a role for a seasoned account leader who thrives on complexity, builds trust at every level, and turns strategic vision into measurable, on-the-ground results. What You'll Do
- Act as the senior point of contact for the Cash Access UK account, owning the client relationship and overall account strategy end-to-end
- Lead and coordinate the Lease Admin, Transaction Management, Sustainability, and Facilities Services workstreams under a unified "One JLL" model
- Guide the client through their transition to outsourced FM, building trust and confidence as a consultative, hands-on partner
- Own the account's financial performance, including revenue, budgets, savings targets, and Change Request management, in partnership with Finance and Sourcing
- Direct vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring SLAs, contracts, and performance metrics deliver quality and value for money
- Ensure compliance with EU and local health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSEQ) regulations across all markets served
- Lead, coach, and develop the account team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and performance
- Oversee governance, reporting, and risk management, ensuring accurate data, timely escalation, and adherence to the client SLA
What We're Looking For
- A track record of leading complex, multi-market accounts across the real estate or facilities management spectrum
- Strong commercial acumen, with confidence managing an account P&L and driving value for money
- Natural relationship-building skills, with the ability to act as both a trusted advisor and a strategic steward of client interests
- A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset - comfortable moving between strategic oversight and direct operational involvement
- Emotional intelligence and patience, especially when guiding clients new to outsourcing through change
- Solid understanding of EU and local health, safety, and compliance standards across EMEA markets
- Proven leadership capability, with experience building, motivating, and retaining high-performing teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Flexibility to travel regularly across EMEA sites as the account requires
