  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facilities staff to ensure work is executed efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption to client operations.

  • Conduct routine site inspections to maintain high standards across building services, preventive maintenance programs, and operational compliance.

  • Support bidding, contracting, and execution of operational maintenance and facility-related projects in partnership with sourcing and operations teams.

  • Monitor service level agreements and key performance indicators to ensure operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, landlords, tenants, and service partners while responding proactively to operational needs.

  • Assist with budget tracking, variance reporting, cost savings initiatives, and capital improvement planning to support financial performance objectives.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes safety, operational excellence, and continuous learning, reflecting JLL’s culture of collaboration locally and across the globe.

Required qualifications:

  • 3+ years of facilities management experience within a corporate, manufacturing, healthcare, or commercial real estate environment.

  • Experience supporting facilities management operations within a fast-paced commercial, industrial, or corporate environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage work orders, vendors, and preventive maintenance programs while maintaining high service standards.

  • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Familiarity with building systems, facilities operations, and maintenance coordination practices.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and maintain strong organizational standards.

  • Experience working with CMMS platforms and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel reporting capabilities.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

  • Ability to support budget management activities, cost control initiatives, and operational reporting requirements.

Preferred qualifications:
