Role Overview
The Workplace Services Manager is responsible for delivering seamless workplace operations, enhancing employee experience, managing facilities services, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence across the client site.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace & Facilities Operations
- Oversee day-to-day workplace and facility operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office services, reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and employee amenities.
- Maintain high standards of workplace experience and customer satisfaction.
Vendor Management
- Manage IFM vendors and service partners.
- Monitor SLA and KPI performance.
- Conduct regular service reviews and implement corrective actions.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the single point of contact for workplace services.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and business leaders.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
People Management
- Lead workplace and facilities teams.
- Drive team performance, engagement, and development.
- Ensure adequate staffing and succession planning.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory, EHS, and corporate policies.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Support emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.
Financial Management
- Manage operating budgets and expenses.
- Review invoices, purchase orders, and cost reports.
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
Projects & Space Management
- Support office moves, churn, fit-outs, and workplace projects.
- Coordinate with project teams for workplace enhancements.
- Drive sustainability and space utilization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Workplace Services, Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, or Hospitality Operations.
- Strong experience managing large corporate offices and vendor ecosystems.
