1. 與業主召開會議並執行會議決議事項。 2. 管委會定期召開與區大舉辦。 3. 指揮監督所屬員工推行會務與業務。 4. 規畫財務、安全、環境、設備等管理事項。 5. 協助項目工程和內部搬遷、添加和變更活動，協助斷電活動。6.處理大樓事務及負責相關人員的溝通協調。 7. 訓練、考核、獎懲現場同仁。 8. 清潔、保全、機電之人員配合與禮儀教導。9. 飯店式管理、各項公設及餐飲服務配合提供。
