Design & Engineering: Review and finalize system architecture, schematics, and layouts for ELV networks.

Project Management: Oversee end-to-end execution, manage budgets, and validate cost estimates or Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and internal civil/MEP teams.

Quality & Compliance: Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring all work adheres to global and local safety standards.

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians to guarantee high productivity and site safety.

Security Systems: CCTV and Video Surveillance, Access Control Systems (ACS).

Life Safety: Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) and Voice Evacuation/Public Address (PA) systems.

Building Automation: Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management.

Communication & IT: Structured Cabling (Fiber/Copper), LAN/WAN, and Intercoms
