1. Responsible in processing M2 vehicle laminated pass to utilize HSBC parking premises.

2. Onsite liaison between HSBC employees and UP AyalaLand Management Office (M2 Landlord) in obtaining required complex vehicle sticker.

3. Handle parking related concerns.

4. Supervises internal Mailing Room.

5. Manages annual NON-IT physical verification & reconciliation.

6. Locker/Lateral request and monitoring.

7. Relay/endorse to Asset team that requires assistance for locker/lateral/key request & tagging.

8. Manages facilities service requests raised through Corrigo Tool.

9. Maintain prompt response & coordinate with FM technical team on any raised facility related concerns/assistance received via phone inquiry, email & Corrigo Tool.

10. Events Set-up Monitoring & Asset Equipment Request (e.g. Speaker and Movable Plasma use).

11. Act as main coordinator for Sustainability Engagement events, initiatives, and communication. Collating all relative data, send monthly SMP updates on tracker and proof of activities to the region.

12. Exit Clearance Monitoring.

13. Create a draft staff communication by FM and client requests for email communication.

14. Act as POC to collate quarterly SKPI success stories for submission to the region.

15. Creating FM Monthly Report under Soft Services for FM Monthly Meeting.

16. Engage to promote and practice the SAFER together in working environment.

17. Act as a Workspace Experience Ambassador, you will help build and lead a supportive and social community, where we can all be at our best. To achieve this, the Ambassador creates a welcoming atmosphere and is the primary point of contact for all employees and their visitors.

18. Deliver an exceptional experience to our colleagues to enable them to flourish. Create a welcoming, first-class atmosphere for colleagues and their visitors.

19.Take ownership of all services within the hybrid workspace. Proactive attitude and delivery to enhance the service offering. Ensure that the space is maintained to a high standard and have minimal complaints.

20. Build relationships and encourage interaction between colleagues. Drive and develop the community by organizing engaging, popular events and map the participation.

21. Understand the needs of the business and what drives the businesses you support.
