Key Responsibilities:
- Manage housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness of office premises.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, janitors, and contractors.
- Monitor washrooms, meeting rooms, cafeterias, and common areas.
- Coordinate pest control activities and hygiene standards.
- Manage pantry services and refreshment arrangements.
- Ensure availability of cleaning materials and consumables.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits.
- Maintain service quality as per SLA/KPI requirements.
- Handle employee complaints related to cleanliness and workplace services.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping performance and vendor management.
- Support event setups, VIP visits, and office functions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
The Help Desk acts as the single point of contact for facility-related requests and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and log service requests through calls, emails, portals, or ticketing systems.
- Generate, assign, and track work orders/tickets.
- Coordinate with maintenance, soft services, security, and technical teams.
- Monitor ticket closure within SLA timelines.
- Update users on the status of their requests.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain records of complaints, requests, and resolutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track preventive maintenance schedules and service requests.
- Support employee onboarding requests related to facilities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and resolution.
- Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements.
