Facility Technician

Functieomschrijving

Ben jij een technisch onderlegd professional die graag zorgt dat gebouwen en installaties optimaal functioneren? Als Facility Technician bij JLL speel je een cruciale rol in het beheren en onderhouden van gebouwen, terreinen en installaties, zodat deze het primaire proces van onze klanten optimaal ondersteunen.

Jouw werkzaamheden

Operationeel beheer & onderhoud

• Je voert bedieningswerkzaamheden uit aan assets (inclusief BMI) bij planmatig onderhoud en bij storingen
• Je voert gepland onderhoud uit, zoals controlerondgangen met een signaleringsrol als siteverantwoordelijke (area owner) op de visuele conditie van assets
• Je inspecteert en test installaties en administreert bevindingen, die je terugkoppelt naar Planning & Control

Storingsafhandeling & analyse

• Je verhelpt kleine storingen (RM) direct of analyseert meldingen en zet deze om in vervolgacties bij leveranciers
• Je specificeert benodigde materialen en diensten voor planbare correctieve werkorders
• Je informeert de klantorganisatie en interne afdelingen tijdig over storingen en handelt accuraat bij calamiteiten
• Je bewaakt het gebouwbeheersysteem (GBS) en reageert adequaat op (storing)meldingen

Coördinatie & samenwerking

• Je coördineert, begeleidt en neemt onderhoudswerkzaamheden door leveranciers af, zowel planbaar als niet-planmatig
• Je voert operationeel overleg met leveranciers (op verzoek van TTS/ME)
• Je geeft sturing aan de werkzaamheden van de Technisch Medewerker
• Je verschaft informatie en verricht bedieningswerkzaamheden ten behoeve van projecten

Administratie & compliance

• Je houdt administratieve procedures actueel in geautomatiseerde systemen (statusupdates, logs, assetnummers, urenregistratie)
• Je verzorgt, geeft uit en bewaakt werkvergunningen
• Je levert ontbrekende of gemuteerde assetinformatie aan bij P&C
• Je volgt de naleving van procedures en wet- en regelgeving op en bewaakt deze

Signalering & verbetering

• Je signaleert en rapporteert over technische verbeteringen voor dagelijks beheer en onderhoud
• Je informeert over knelpunten en gewijzigd gebruik en draagt oplossingen aan (input risicoregister)

Professionele ontwikkeling

• Je blijft up-to-date door toegewezen Compliance-wire en Summit trainingen te volgen
• Je volgt het verplichte aantal toolboxen
