Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Networking Engineer to lead the operation support, implementation, and optimization of our complex production customer access network infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of Juniper network systems, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to drive strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of SWIFT's complex customer access network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for network systems and processes, aligning with business objectives and strategic goals.
* Manage and execute networking projects from inception to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with various business units to understand their networking needs and translate them into technical requirements.
* Ensure accountability for network performance, reliability, and security across all systems.
* Organize and lead meetings related to network planning, design, and troubleshooting.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in networking to inform strategic decisions.
Job Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in supporting, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures.
* Demonstrated ability to lead networking projects and deliver tangible results.
* Strong understanding of Juniper
network systems and protocols.
* Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and strategic objectives.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and meeting organization skills.
* High degree of accountability and ownership for network performance.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
