  • Serve as primary point of contact for F&B matters with client leadership and workplace teams, conducting regular business reviews that present performance metrics, customer feedback, and program initiatives aligned with organizational culture goals
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys, comment cards, and digital platforms, analyzing feedback trends to implement service improvements and manage complaint resolution with a hospitality-first approach
  • Develop and manage F&B operating budgets including labor, food costs, and contract expenses, tracking financial performance through P&L analysis and implementing cost optimization opportunities while establishing pricing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and workplace safety standards by conducting regular audits, maintaining required certifications and permits, and managing any incidents with appropriate corrective action plans
  • Implement sustainable F&B practices including waste reduction, composting programs, environmentally responsible sourcing, and initiatives that support client sustainability goals and green building certifications
  • Leverage F&B technology platforms including point-of-sale systems, mobile ordering apps, cashless payment solutions, and inventory management systems while analyzing transaction data to inform operational decisions and enhance customer convenience

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field
