Als (Junior) Consultant Office Leasing bringst Du Unternehmen und die perfekten Büroflächen zusammen. Von innovativen Start-ups bis zu etablierten Konzernen: Du findest für jeden die ideale Immobilienlösung.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Immobilienstrategien für internationale und nationale Unternehmen
- Du begleitest Kunden bei der Suche nach optimalen Büroflächen in Mannheim und der Rhein-Neckar-Region
- Du wirkst bei der Beratung unserer Kunden zu deren Immobilienstrategie mit
- Du unterstützt bei Verhandlungen von Mietverträgen sowie bei der Begleitung von Mietvertragsabschlüssen
- Du koordinierst den Anmietungsprozess in Abstimmung mit technischen und juristischen Beratern
- Du analysierst kontinuierlich den Büroimmobilienmarkt auf Chancen und Risiken
- Du arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichen JLL-Einheiten zusammen, wie Project & Development Services und Workplace Solutions
- Du erstellst Marktanalysen, Objektpräsentationen und Kundenpräsentationen
- Du baust Dir schrittweise Dein eigenes Kunden- und Marktnetzwerk auf
Dein Profil:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit immobilienwirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung, BWL, Wirtschaftsgeographie oder gerne auch eine Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Trainee-Programme im Immobilienbereich oder im B2B-Vertrieb sind von Vorteil
- Analytisches Talent für komplexe Zusammenhänge
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Akquisitionsstärke und echtes Interesse am eigenständigen Aufbau von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationskompetenzen sowie eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und unternehmerisches Denken
