Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in Düsseldorf und übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für hochkarätige Corporate Accounts. In dieser Schlüsselposition verbinden Sie technisches Know-how mit strategischem Kundenmanagement - und treiben innovative FM-Lösungen voran.
Das erwartet Sie
- Strategisches Account Management: Sie sind der zentrale Ansprechpartner für komplexe, standortübergreifende Kundenkonten und bauen langfristige Partnerschaften auf höchster Ebene auf
- C-Level Kommunikation: Direkter Austausch mit Entscheidungsträgern - Sie präsentieren Konzepte, beraten strategisch und entwickeln maßgeschneiderte FM-Lösungen
- Performance-Steuerung: Sie überwachen und optimieren Service Level Agreements und Key Performance Indicators, erstellen aussagekräftige Reports und leiten proaktiv Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ein
- Dienstleister-Management: Koordination und Steuerung externer Partner, Verhandlung von Verträgen und kontinuierliche Qualitätssicherung der erbrachten Leistungen
- Technische Expertise: Bewertung und Analyse technischer Anforderungen an den Standorten, Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten und Sicherstellung der technischen Umsetzung
- Budget-Verantwortung: Verwaltung und Controlling umfangreicher Budgets, Identifikation von Einsparpotentialen und Umsetzung wirtschaftlicher Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Innovation & Digitalisierung: Sie treiben die Implementierung digitaler Tools und innovativer FM-Konzepte voran und positionieren JLL als Vorreiter moderner Facility-Management-Lösungen
Damit überzeugen Sie uns
- Master in Facility Management, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 5 Jahre FM-Erfahrung mit Substanz
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Fingerspitzengefühl in der Konfliktlösung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen: Finanzmanagement und Kostenoptimierung sind Ihre Stärke
- Fit in FM-Software und Datenanalyse-Tools
- Kommunikationsstark, kundenorientiert und lösungsfokussiert
