Tétris - Projektkalkulator (m/w/d) Innenausbau

( Elternzeitvertretung)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Kalkulation von Ausbau-Gewerken, übergreifenden Angeboten und Nachträgen

• Ermittlung von Kostenschätzungen, Kosten und Mengen sowie Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen

• Auswertung von Angeboten und Führung von technischen Gesprächen mit Lieferanten und Subunternehmen

• Unterstützung von Angebotspräsentationen und Vertragsverhandlungen, gemeinsam mit der Projektleitung

Ihr Profil

• Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und unternehmerisches Denken mit Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Eine stark ausgeprägte Leistungsorientierung

• Studium als Bauingenieur, Architekt, Holztechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Aus- oder Umbauprojekten

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Sehr gutes Organisationsgeschick, ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie klare und verbindliche Ansagen
