Oasis Program Coordinator-JLL

What this job involves:

As an Oasis Program Coordinator at JLL, you'll serve as the driving force behind an innovative workplace experience program that brings cutting-edge technology and creative engagement opportunities to life. This role centers on managing a dynamic Digital Oasis space where employees can explore the latest products, receive hands-on support with printing and design needs, and connect through meaningful events and experiences. You'll be the brand ambassador who builds genuine connections with employees during their important life moments-from graduations to celebrations-while providing expert technical support and creative solutions. We're collectively shaping a brighter way for workplace experiences, and you'll do this by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating engaging events, creating compelling content, and continually finding more innovative ways to leverage the space to drive site attendance and strengthen workplace culture. This position requires a unique blend of technical proficiency, creative design skills, customer service excellence, and event coordination expertise to deliver memorable experiences that support employee wellbeing and engagement.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Provide expert support to users of Digital Oasis equipment including printers, plotters, and mobile devices, demonstrating features and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless experiences
  • Design and deliver graphic design services for both personal employee requests and company-related projects using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design platforms
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement events such as STEM Days, College Connect Days, and Business Resource Group activities that foster inclusivity and belonging across teams
  • Manage equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and vendor relationships while conducting bi-weekly maintenance checks on wide-format printers and coordinating repairs as needed
  • Create engaging content for site-wide communications, SharePoint pages, and promotional materials that showcase Digital Oasis offerings and upcoming programs
  • Capture professional-quality event photography using DSLR cameras and edit images to document workplace experiences and celebrate employee moments
  • Drive year-over-year growth in program utilization and attendance by developing innovative workshops, product demonstrations, and collaborative opportunities

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in employee communications, event coordination, product marketing, print services, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and graphic design applications
  • Strong technical knowledge of printer hardware/software, Android and iOS mobile devices, and ability to learn emerging technologies
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation, digital fluency, and SharePoint web design and management
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with proven ability to build relationships and solve problems creatively
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting needs, and coordinating vendor relationships for programs or events

Preferred qualifications:

  • Professional photography experience including portrait and event photography with Canon DSLR or similar equipment
  • Experience with 3D printing technology and advanced print production services
  • Background in workplace services, corporate real estate, or facility management environments
  • Proven track record coordinating change management initiatives or driving adoption of new programs
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing direction to project activities
  • Knowledge of employee engagement best practices and workplace culture development strategies
