Operations Manager
Purpose / Overview :
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the full spectrum of operations for assigned mixed-use properties. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset value optimization. The Operations Manager provides strategic and operational leadership to property teams and reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee all day-to-day operations of assigned mixed-use properties, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive operational and property management strategies to enhance property performance and value.
- Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate property conditions, identify risks, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive corrective actions.
- Serve as the point of escalation for tenant relations, ensuring professional handling of complex issues, disputes, and high-impact service requests.
- Build and sustain strong tenant relationships through proactive engagement, structured communication, and service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, building codes, zoning requirements, environmental laws, and industry standards.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related engineering discipline.
- 1 - 3 years of progressive experience in property or facilities operations, with at least several years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments, including and stabilization phases.
- Strong expertise in property operations, leasing principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and real estate market dynamics.
