Senior Project Lead - Job Description (10 Points)
- Lead Project Execution Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Manage Cross-Functional Teams Guide project teams, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure collaboration across departments.
- Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, senior management, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Project Planning & Scheduling Develop project plans, milestones, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
- Budget & Cost Control Monitor project budgets, forecast expenditures, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Risk & Issue Management Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to minimize business impact.
- Quality Assurance Ensure deliverables meet organizational standards, customer expectations, and compliance requirements.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track project progress using KPIs, prepare status reports, and present updates to leadership.
- Process Improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices, lessons learned, and project management methodologies.
- Strategic Leadership Align project objectives with business goals, support organizational growth, and contribute to long-term project portfolio success.
Typical Skills Required: Leadership, stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, budgeting, communication, negotiation, and proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.).
