Major Responsibilities

• Working closely with the CRE Team as the Single Point of Contact managing the PMO process E2E.
• Work with the other team members in the PMO to develop and improve the support services provided.

• Manage the overall success of assigned logistics project and project planning activities, including, effectively developing and driving the program, budget, schedule, project team, roles & responsibilities, stakeholder approvals, and identifying the risks and mitigation measures.

• Manage the development of templates and standard process needed, liaising with the other Regional PMO across JLL to identify best practice and adopt improvements.

• Ability to scope and set-up programs of work for new clients; provide advice on continuous improvements of existing programs.
• Ensure that the client specific project delivery process is implemented on every project. Provide training to local PM teams on this process (directly or via the Program team team)
• Ensure that PMs are trained on (and utilize throughout the project) project delivery systems and technology (client specific / as required by client / account) (directly or via the Program team team)
• Advise on or recommend correct procurement strategies for various capital works programs / projects.
• Provide leadership to project teams and act as the internal link to teams reporting back to central client Real Estate function and other stakeholders.
• Ability to present complex ideas to large audience with confidence and clarity.
• Achieve net margin target for the contract for JLL.
• Achieve account objectives & KPI targets for JLL.
• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements

Ongoing Delivery Support

• On site weekly attendance in Paris, France
• Lead in contractor’s specific client performance meetings (weekly).
• Lead/Monitor/Report in the development and management of capital/expense budgets variance reporting.
• Advise on and ensure correct structure of governance, processes and procedures are in place for Client Programs
• Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators and service level agreements as identified by client
• Participate in development of the annual capital plan.
• Oversee the development and timely submission of monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client by the AMO and contractor teams.
• Develop best practices and innovations to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in the project process.
• Provide leadership for the successful implementation of special projects and initiatives.
• Conduct Client / Team / Site visits as required.
• Effectively manage issues and escalations.
• Achieve control of all change management procedures
• Attend contractor’s workshops, and follow on construction processes within CPI and with local authorities’ frameworks (ICPE, PC)
• Report internationally and locally to Steering Committee and to project director.
• Support financial strategy as selected by the client.

• Strong technical competency in running large schemes at construction stage.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, strong negotiation skills
• International project/programme management experience
• Knowledge of real estate, account management and contractors’ management
• Financial and accounting acumen
• Minimum of five years project/programme management experience in a multi-site environment.
• Perceptive, self-motivated, collaborative and capable of working across the region through remote management skills, the Program Manager will effectively to provide an operational knowledge centre of exceptional quality.
• Demonstrable European/EMEA experience and a Degree in Construction, Engineering, Design or related discipline
• French, both written and spoken, to a good technical standard.
• English, both written and spoken, to a good technical standard.
• Has experience in translating client needs into existing or new business growth
• Quest for excellence and deliver optimization and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated client relationship skills
• Demonstrated people skills - ability to work effectively within a team effectively and work openly, constructively and collaboratively
• Strong communicator - good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills (English & local language); also an active listener
