What this opportunity involves:

Are you looking for an entry-level role that can lead to a rewarding career in the global property market? JLL is seeking a full-time Property Service Coordinator to join our dynamic Property Asset Management team in our Sydney CBD Head Office. Working within our Customer Service Centre, you will manage a variety of property services through digital platforms and collaborate closely with site teams, contractors, and portfolio managers to ensure seamless service delivery. This position offers a grass-roots understanding of building operations and serves as an exceptional springboard into facilities management. An overview of the role:

• Resolving a variety of enquiries for owners, tenants, property managers, and building managers to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

• Analysing caller needs and implementing effective strategies to resolve customer problems proactively.

• Managing and tracking work orders to completion using our operational and risk management platforms.

• Supporting procurement activities, including setting up and verifying bank details for creditors.

• Coordinating the onboarding of new clients and facilitating smooth property transitions.

• Building strong, collaborative relations with all stakeholders, as what sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe.

• Participating in assigned projects and delivering high-quality results within designated timeframes.

• Assisting the Team Leader with system training for JLL employees, clients, tenants, and contractors.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
