JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

As a Regional Finance Manager at JLL, you'll serve as a vital financial partner supporting our client accounts across Singapore and Oceania. This role combines analytical expertise with operational finance management, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting that drives strategic decision-making. You'll also play a key role in strengthening finance governance across the account - helping implement governance frameworks and controls, then embedding them into business-as-usual (BAU) operations so they hold up over time. You'll work closely with the Regional Finance Lead, operations teams, and onsite facility teams to deliver exceptional financial insights and support. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way-for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees-and in this position, you'll be instrumental in translating complex financial data into actionable recommendations that create value for our clients. Your work will span monthly financial close processes, variance analysis, budget preparation, vendor payment coordination, finance governance implementation, and process improvement initiatives that require both technical precision and business acumen. We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career, providing you with exposure to diverse client portfolios and complex financial challenges that will accelerate your professional growth.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, variance reports, and management commentary for client accounts across Singapore and Oceania, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Support the Regional Finance Lead in business, operational, and financial decision-making processes, providing data-driven insights and risk mitigation recommendations
  • Measure and review financial KPIs for client accounts across Singapore and Oceania, tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement or concern
  • Partner with operations teams to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and quality improvements that enhance service delivery while optimizing financial performance
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast, identifying trends and providing insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Work with JLL Business Services (JBS) to manage vendor payments, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping
  • Coordinate the timely processing of JLL invoices and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring effective management of JLL cashflow across Singapore and Oceania
  • Collaborate with the Regional Finance Lead to maintain and update guidelines and manuals associated with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Support the implementation of finance governance frameworks and controls across the account, and drive their transition into business-as-usual (BAU) processes so improvements are sustained
  • Serve as the financial point of contact for onsite facility teams, guiding them in compiling vendor data and responding to financial queries while building trusted relationships

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or operational finance, preferably within commercial real estate or professional services
  • Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting methodologies
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences
  • Experience with accounts payable/receivable processes, vendor management, and cash flow monitoring
  • Exposure to or interest in finance governance - implementing controls, frameworks, or process standardization, and embedding them into day-to-day operations
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams and operational stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

  • CPA, CMA, or progress toward professional accounting certification
  • Experience in commercial real estate finance, property management accounting, or facilities management
  • Knowledge of GAAP principles and financial statement preparation
  • Previous experience supporting regional or multi-site client portfolios
  • Prior involvement in finance governance projects - designing controls, rolling out new processes, or transitioning initiatives into BAU
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives
