Data Governance Business Partner / Senior Data Quality and Governance Analyst - based in Warsaw office or remote
About the Role
Lead data governance for a major global consumer goods client and build enterprise frameworks that transform how data drives business decisions. You'll reduce organizational risk, establish best practices, and position yourself as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
As a senior member of JLL Technologies' Data Governance team, you'll shape data strategy and work directly with both internal teams and external clients to create lasting impact.
What You'll Do
Establish and drive data governance policies, standards, and frameworks that win business buy-in
Lead Master Data Management strategy and oversee critical data flows
Build a mature Data Stewardship program and democratize data knowledge across the organization
Partner with IT, BI, and business leaders to solve complex data challenges
Advise clients on governance best practices for their entire data landscape
Create Data Dictionaries and document processes that bring clarity to complexity
What You Bring
Essential:
4+ years in enterprise data governance/management across multiple systems
Strong client relationship management and business analysis experience
Deep knowledge of data lifecycle, governance frameworks, and database management
Fluent English with executive presence
