Role Summary:
Responsible for delivering a seamless workplace experience through effective management of front-of-house operations, employee services, hospitality, workplace amenities, and vendor coordination to enhance employee satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities Management, Hospitality or Administration.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing reception, pantry, housekeeping and employee support services.
- Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and workplace initiatives.
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and workplace management tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workplace experience services and employee support activities.
- Oversee reception, pantry, housekeeping, visitor management and hospitality services.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, town halls and leadership visits.
- Ensure office facilities and amenities are maintained to a high standard.
- Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution of workplace-related issues.
- Monitor vendor performance and adherence to SLAs.
- Gather employee feedback and drive continuous service improvements.
- Support workplace safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
Key Deliverables
- High employee and visitor satisfaction scores.
- Timely closure of workplace service requests within SLA.
- Consistent quality of hospitality and workplace services.
- Successful execution of employee engagement events and executive visits.
- Vendor SLA compliance and service quality targets achieved.
- Safe, clean and well-maintained office environment.
- Continuous improvement in workplace experience and operational efficiency.
