Solution Ownership Across APAC

Own end-to-end solution design and delivery on Facilities Management and Multi-X pursuits throughout APAC, with full accountability for solution integrity-ensuring every proposal is technically sound, operationally deliverable, and built on defensible assumptions.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

Orchestrate solutioning activities across engineering, sustainability, technology, finance, and operations SMEs, controlling both the volume and quality of their involvement. This includes coordinating with country teams to identify efficiencies, working in tandem with pricing leads to ensure commercial alignment, and leading requirement-gathering and service-delivery gap assessments grounded in direct IFM operational experience.

Peer Collaboration & Team Support

Work as a peer within the APAC Solutions Management team-no formal management authority, but expected to actively support teammates on complex or stretched pursuits. You'll bring hands-on IFM operational grounding to sanity-check SLAs, KPIs, and org designs, pick up work when colleagues are under pressure, and contribute to team-wide consistency through example and peer input.

Bridge Between Commercial & Delivery

Partner with Sales Leads and Delivery leadership as a peer, serving as the bridge between commercial strategy and execution capability-challenging both SMEs and Sales when necessary to ensure operational feasibility.

What are the key responsibilities associated with this job?

Solution Design & Technical Ownership

• Lead requirement-gathering and service-delivery gap assessments on assigned pursuits, drawing on direct IFM operational experience
• Design organizational structures, performance metrics, and processes that align with client scope, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure accurate delivery and transition handover
• Assess technical feasibility of scope changes and collaborate with delivery/operations teams on revised approaches, including resourcing impact.

Quality Control & Accountability

• Hold SMEs and country Solution teams accountable for deliverables, timelines, and rigor of proposed approaches.
• Review proposals for technical accuracy, completeness, and deliverability before client submission
• Participate in solution design validation sessions (stage gates) and maintain quality control from first draft through transition handover.

RFP Development & Client Engagement

• Develop RFP narratives grounded in compelling win themes, supported by clear organizational design and validated pricing assumptions
• Generate solution write-ups that clearly articulate benefits, value propositions, and differentiation
• Take ownership of solution-related bid components including transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and service delivery frameworks
• Lead solution design presentations in partnership with Sales Leads during client-facing sessions
• Present technical solutions and delivery methodology to senior client stakeholders on assigned pursuits

Pricing & Commercial Alignment

• Work in tandem with pricing leads to map solution headcount and scope directly to pricing returnables.
• Validate pricing assumptions across SME inputs and confirm all solutioned roles are staffed, priced and defensible at delivery handover.
• Confirm SLA and performance commitments in the final contract are achievable and measurable before signature

Transition & Delivery Handover

• Support transition alignment on pursuits: keep transition leads current as pursuits approach BAFO
• Confirm transition budgets reflect what was actually solutioned
• Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams with complete, accurate, and operationally defensible solutions

Team Contribution

• Share IFM operational depth with the wider Solutions Management team, offering grounded, delivery-tested judgment
• Support colleagues on stretched pursuits by picking up work and providing a reliable second pair of hands
• Contribute to team-wide consistency in naming conventions, org-chart formatting, and QA discipline through example and peer collaboration

What are the key skills required for this job?

Essential Experience & Background

• Hands-on IFM operational experience - having run FM operations, owned account service delivery, or managed contracts inside an FM environment (not just written proposals about it)
• 5-7 years in IFM or Corporate Real Estate operations, with demonstrated solution-authorship experience layered on top of that operational foundation
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA or advanced degree an advantage)
• Track record of designing and defending multi-service-line (FM/Multi-X) solutions for mid-to-large accounts within the relevant market/sub-region

Core Technical Capabilities

• Deep command of IFM/CRE service-delivery models, SLA and KPI frameworks, and pricing structures
• Proven ability to author solution content - service delivery models, organizational design, pricing logic - not just coordinate bid processes
• Capability to direct solutions with incomplete data: making and documenting defensible assumptions rather than waiting for perfect information

Stakeholder & Communication Skills

• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Delivery and functional SMEs, with ability to challenge senior stakeholders outside direct reporting lines when necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication: building and defending RFP narratives confidently in front of senior client stakeholders
