Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand
Purpose: Oversee all technical operations including mechanical, electrical, and critical systems, ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, and performance of data center infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical team including electrical, mechanical, and specialist engineers
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain technical SOPs and work instructions
- Plan and execute system upgrades and modifications
- Ensure adherence to change management procedures
- Coordinate with clients on technical requirements and incidents
- Manage capacity planning and infrastructure optimization
- Oversee commissioning of new equipment and systems
- Maintain technical documentation and as-built drawings
- Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Specification
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Master's degree preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years in technical operations, with at least 4 years in supervisory role
- Extensive data center or mission-critical facility experience required
- Experience with UPS, cooling systems, generators, and BMS
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep technical knowledge of data center infrastructure
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Project management capabilities
- Understanding of ITIL and change management processes
- Proficiency in CMMS and technical documentation systems
Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
Language:
- Fluent in Thai and English
