- Communicating effectively to explain processes in an easy-to-understand, motivating way.
- Ensuring trainees fully understand every step of each sewing process from start to finish, stepping in to provide one-on-one support when needed.
- Planning ahead to prepare for the next day’s training, and adapting training methods as needed.
- Monitoring each operator’s progress and providing clear, accurate reports to ensure continuous improvement.
- Signing off operators once they’ve mastered the required skills.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Confident in guiding and collaborating with a wide range of individuals.
- Able to communicate and share knowledge in an inspiring and accessible way.
- Patient and encouraging, with a positive, can-do attitude that motivates others.
