Job description:

We are looking to add someone (Middle/Senior RoR dev.) to our team to help build and improve our direct-to-fan mobile app, Elias Game Plan. Elias Game Plan is the fan-facing portal into Elias’s vast, unique cache of sports statistics, insights, and editorial content. Used by sports fans both new and old, the app provides a one-of-a-kind toolkit for fantasy and sports betting, presented in a fun and visual way.

As a member of the app team, you will be responsible for working on all aspects of the app’s back-end development, including our API’s, Ingestion, and admin tooling

Position requirements:

• 2-3 years Ruby on Rails experience;
• Ability to write somewhat complex SQL queries;
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to work in some ambiguity.

Will be a plus:

• 2-3 Python experience;
• Experience with Azure;
• SQL Server;
• Experience with Postgres;
• API Development;
• Familiarity with Hockey, Basketball, Football, Baseball!
