Product Manager at Joom Marketplace

Right now we are looking for Product Managers to join our Customer Services (b2c) team. This team owns the user conversion funnel on web, from landing pages through to signup and first purchase.

You will identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the acquisition funnel, working closely with marketing, pricing and commercial teams on shared growth goals. The role includes designing, running and interpreting A/B tests, analyzing data to measure outcomes and refine initiatives, and applying AI tools to speed up experimentation and delivery - with a focus on Joom's growth in Europe.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, strong Middle to Senior level
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing experiments
• Comfortable using AI tools and no-code solutions to test and ship without waiting on engineering for every step
• Impact-driven and strong at prioritization, able to make data-backed trade-off calls
• Ability to balance day-to-day operational stability with driving change
• English (B2+), based in Lisbon or open to relocation

Preferred

• Experience with platform or marketplace products
• Experience partnering with marketing and acquisition teams
