JPMorganChase is the largest bank in the United States by assets and one of the most systemically important financial institutions in the world, with a lineage running back through more than a thousand predecessor firms to the 1799 founding of the Bank of the Manhattan Company. It combines a dominant investment bank and markets business with Chase, the largest retail banking franchise in America, plus commercial banking and asset and wealth management. Headquartered in New York, the group is unusual among banks for the scale of its technology spending, running one of the largest engineering organisations of any financial institution and deploying its own internal AI platform across the firm.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) is a leading global financial services firm with assets of $2.5 trillion and operations worldwide. The Corporate Responsibility (CR) department supports the firm’s business objectives by advancing a more durable and safe financial system and an economy that works for all, so the firm can best serve its customers, clients and communities around the world. The department includes sub-departments focused on policy advocacy and lobbying, philanthropy, sustainability, impact finance, community engagement and data analysis and research, and this role sits within CR’s Strategy / Chief Operating Office, partnering with CR leaders to solve strategic problems and promote cross-CR operating and management rhythms.

  • Strengthen department culture and engagement through internal communications and team forums
  • Support the business of the COO, including budget management, controls, and leadership materials

  • Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, events, and deadlines concurrently with close attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and quality of work
