JPMorganChase is the largest bank in the United States by assets and one of the most systemically important financial institutions in the world, with a lineage running back through more than a thousand predecessor firms to the 1799 founding of the Bank of the Manhattan Company. It combines a dominant investment bank and markets business with Chase, the largest retail banking franchise in America, plus commercial banking and asset and wealth management. Headquartered in New York, the group is unusual among banks for the scale of its technology spending, running one of the largest engineering organisations of any financial institution and deploying its own internal AI platform across the firm.

Based in Toronto, you will support executive and employee communications for Canada and provide broader internal communications support for Latin America. You will report to the Head of Corporate Communications for Latin America and Canada and collaborate across Communications, Marketing, and business stakeholders, with a focus on executive positioning and issues/reputation management.

  • You will maintain fluency in Canada’s business and financial media landscape, including key outlets/journalists and emerging issues relevant to the firm.

Executive engagement & content

  • You will plan and execute executive engagement moments (e.g., town halls, all-hands, roundtables, site visits, offsites) in Canada and, as needed, for LatAm internal moments.
  • You will create executive communications materials (talking points, briefs, announcements, change communications, business updates) for Canada leaders and priority LatAm internal needs.

Multi-channel internal communications & regional support

  • You will develop and deliver multi-channel narratives and campaigns (newsletters, stories/articles, video, digital signage) tailored by audience and channel.
  • You will provide internal communications support for LatAm, coordinating with regional stakeholders as needed.

  • Experience supporting senior executives, including coaching and preparation for high-visibility moments (including media-facing engagements in Canada).
  • Experience supporting executive positioning (narrative, messaging, Q&A, briefing books) and partnering on media engagement.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communications skills; ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives for senior leaders and employees.
